What do these look like to you?? Maybe some yummy snickerdoodle cookies? Ya, maybe not! Every once in a while my hair brain ideas and creations don't quite go as planned. Still not sure what they are? Well, they are SUPPOSED to be cupcakes! I know, I know! What in the heck happened? I'm not sure either. But I will say this, they tasted good :) I am going to give these another whirl, and hopefully will leave you a recipe, cause you don't want this mess of a recipe!!

Thank you for posting this! I look at blogs like yours and i try stuff and they never turn out like yours.. given baking isnt on the top of my list of favorite things to do so maybe i dont try as hard or am as patient as you but it is nice to see that yours dont turn out perfect sometimes!
